My name is Diana Dumitrasc and I am first of all a simple human being.
As part of my work practice, I have been trained as an integrative therapist to help other people find healing, balance, and transformation.

I am an integrative therapist committed to supporting individuals on their healing journey by blending a range of therapeutic modalities. Drawing from my expertise in sound healing, mindfulness, meditation, and movement, I create a holistic and compassionate space for growth and transformation.
As a practicing Buddhist, my approach is deeply rooted in the principles of presence, awareness, and compassion, offering a mindful and spiritual foundation to the therapeutic process.

In Sanskrit, the term Dhyana (ध्यान) means meditation or concentration. It is derived from the root verb "dhyai" (ध्यै), which means to think, to contemplate, or to meditate.
In the context of Hinduism and Buddhism, Dhyana refers to a profound state of focused attention and awareness, often seen as a crucial aspect of spiritual practice. Dhyana is a fundamental concept in various spiritual practices, including yoga, where it is regarded as one of the key stages in achieving Samadhi, or a state of deep meditative absorption.
For me, this name is very symbolic to my practice and life path. I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey, and my role is to guide and support you as you explore your inner world, release any blockages there may be, and reconnect with your authentic self. Together, we can cultivate a sense of peace, emotional well-being, and spiritual alignment on your path to wholeness.
